How to Enroll

The Findlay’s REWARDS card program is free and an initial purchase is not required.

Obtain a Findlay’s REWARDS Card Program Enrollment Form from any staff member at Findlay’s Drugstore. Fill out the form completely and return to a staff member to receive your Findlay’s REWARDS card.

Each member will receive a Findlay’s REWARDS card with a unique number ascribed to it. The card is registered in the member’s name. The card will never expire.
